Quality of washing is regulated by speed of the submitting conveyor. ∙ Pure, washed up and dried up glass arrives into the assemblage of a double-glazed window section and stops near a stop for the visual control. Pressing of a pedal, glass moves in a press and is positioned on shaping. After that vacuum suckers fix glass to the front panel of press which with glass comes back in an initial position. At this time the second glass begins movement from the washing going out section to the installation of a remote frame section. Having reached the gauge, it is slowed down, and simultaneously vertical and horizontal positioned stops are switching on. After glass positioning, on it the remote framework with put butyl hermetic is established. On pedal pressing, glass with a remote framework moves in a press. In a press the second glass is automatically positioned with the first and there is a double-glazed window pressing. The effort of pressing gets out a press automatically depending on the sizes of glass. The collected and pressed out double-glazed window leaves a press and stops in the section of finished goods or tilter.
